BOKER Kalashnikov Switchblade Install
Assembly Notes:
1. Take knife apart with TORX driver.
2. Separate all parts.
3. Insert Spring Coil into the knife blade.
4. Put knife blade with coil into the handle & then rotate counter-clockwise. 5. Put in the blade stop into the handle.
6. Put in the button spring and then the button plunger (you might have to rock the blade to allow the clearance of the plunder).
7. Hole the button plunger firmly.
8. Place the button lock into the slide groove (note put the grooved version down towards the clip side of the handle).
9. Take the top plate of the handle and place ontop of everything but make sure to hold onto the button plunder and make sure it says in the boot seat.
10. Insert screws but do not tighten.
11. Close the blade and tighten all screws.
12. Tighten the pivot screw as tight as possible but loose enough to allow the spring to open the knife to the fully open position.
13. Tighten the body screws.
Troubleshooting - Please note that on some of the coil springs you will need to file down the tab on the spring that goes into the eyelet on the blade. Some coils have a longer tab and simply need to be shorted so that you can assemble the knife without crushing the spring because the tab is oversized.
